Here are some important updates for your convenience:
SHOW REGISTRATION DESK
After checking into the hotel, please collect your Vendor/Exhibitor Admission Badge or purchase additional badges or add-ons from the show registration desk. Badges are required to enter all events, including the smoking tent. Please provide your first and last name when picking up your badge.

DRINK TICKETS
Each badge comes with six drinks tickets, totalling to $24 worth of drink tickets. These tickets can be used at pop-up bars set up for the Chicago Pipe Show. The bar will be located close to the doors leading to the smoking tent.
1 ticket = 1 soda or water
2 tickets = 1 beer
3 tickets = cocktail or wine
You can combine your $4 drink tickets with “cash” to buy or upgrade your beverage. Please note that the hotel is now cashless and only accepts debit or credit cards.
ARRIVING AND UNLOADING
The doorman will be able to assist you unload your car when you arrive at the Hyatt’s front entrance. Due to union rules, guests are not allowed to borrow the hotel’s carts. Bellhops are available to help load/unload items. If you wish, you may bring your own carts. Your items will be moved to the lobby for the hotel check in process. Park your car in the hotel parking lot and then continue to the hotel lobby for your check-in process. Please note: Do not leave your car unattended at the front entrance as it can be ticketed by the police. If you require additional assistance when you arrive, please call Vera at our Show Registration Desk 847-414-2242.
TABLE SETUP INSTRUCTIONS
Vendors can set up their tables at the following times (subject to change):
Friday, May 1, 2026, Time: 2pm-8pm
Saturday, May 2, 2026, Time: 7am-9am
Sunday, May 3, 2026, Time: 8:30am-9am
Table dimensions are 72″ X 30″ (182cm X 76cm). The show floor has very limited power availability and therefore most tables do not have access to power unless pre-arranged with the show organizers.
VENDOR TABLE DISPLAY POLICY – TWO-DAY SHOW REQUIREMENT
We kindly require all vendor tables to be fully decorated and ready 30 minutes before the show opens on Saturday and to remain decorated for the entire day. On Sunday, tables must also be decorated from the show’s opening until 3:00 PM, even for vendors who may need to leave early. This is a two-day show, and full participation both days is expected to ensure a vibrant and engaging experience for all attendees.
A decorated table should include some combination of items for sale, items on display, signage, product images, or a unique table covering. A well-presented table not only draws attention to your work but also enhances the overall look of the show. Empty tables may be removed, relocated, or offered to nearby vendors at the discretion of the organizers.
Please note that if you made a special table request but do not follow these guidelines, we cannot guarantee similar accommodations in future shows.

ROOM HOPPING
Room Hopping is back at the Hyatt. The idea of “Room Hopping” may be new to some of you. Room Hopping is where some sellers, collectors or groups open up their hotel room to anyone stopping by. This is how you might get a first shot at pipes for sale, vintage tobaccos available, meet up with old friends or make new friends. Share some of your favorite blends or drinks. Once you register for your room, leave the information on the room hopping easel found in the registration desk in the lobby or the smoking tent.
