Hotel Check In/Out
• Check-in is 3:00pm
• Check-out is 11:00am
• Early check-in is based on availability. Prior to 10:00am is $50 and from 10:00am – 12:00pm is $25.
• Late check-out may also be available. Please inquire with the Front Desk for pricing and availability.
Debit And Credit Card Policy
Please be advised that a hold will be placed on your account for the full amount of the room and tax, plus an additional $50 per night for incidentals. If your room charges are already covered, your card will only be authorized for incidentals. The $50 per night is simply a hold and will be cleared from your account within 3–5 business days after check-out.
**Please note Hyatt Regency O’Hare Chicago is a cashless Hotel.**
Housekeeping
Service hours: 8am-4pm (may change based on day of week). Housekeeping services are provided on a daily basis unless otherwise requested at the time of arrival or by placing your privacy sign on your doorknob. During your stay, if you have any housekeeping requests, please dial “0” and the hotel staff will be happy to assist.
Smoking Policy
Smoking is not allowed in the public areas of the hotel. Designated smoking areas are located outside of the Grand Entrance and outside of the South Entrance. The hotel will apply a $250 cleaning fee to any guest room that violates this non-smoking policy.
Smoking Tent
Enjoy the comfort and convenience of our dedicated Smoking Tent, a comfortable space to enjoy your favorite pipes and good company, located a few steps from the South hotel entrance. A show badge is required to enter the Smoking Tent.

Enjoy breakfast and lunch in the cozy alcoves of O’H American Grill, where curved leather booths create an intimate setting. Watch the big game or connect with friends at our sports bar, Red Bar & Lounge, offering classic dishes, or pick up breakfast with fresh pastries, snacks, and coffee on the go from Perks.

Special arrangements must be made for receiving of electronic equipment, goods, displays or other materials which will be sent, delivered or brought into the hotel. This excludes delivery of any food or beverage items sold or furnished by the hotel. The hotel will not accept delivery of such items. Failure to do this may result in deliveries being refused or materials being unavailable when required. All materials being sent to the hotel must be marked as follows:
1. Complete return address
2. Number of Boxes (i.e. 1 of 2 and 2 of 2)
3. Hold for arrival – Attention: Guest Name, Organization Name
4. Hyatt Contact/Manager’s Name
