HOTEL SHUTTLE
The hotel offers a complimentary shuttle service to and from Chicago O’Hare International Airport (ORD).

* Terminals 1, 2, & 3 – Shuttle pickup at O’Hare will be located at the Arrivals Level of Terminal 2 ONLY. Cross to the middle lane outside of Door 2A.
* Terminal 5 – Exit the terminal from door 5E. The hotel shuttle will pick up from the first lane
HOTEL PARKING
After turning onto Bryn Mawr Ave, head east until you reach the dead-end. On your left (north), you will see the parking gates. Pull a ticket and enter the parking lot. You may park in any of the marked spots in the flat lot or the parking garage. There is a covered walkway located on level 3 of the parking garage, which will lead you directly to the hotel lobby.
Handicap accessible parking is also located on level 3.
Self-parking is a self-service facility where no attendant is on duty.
Overnight guests must get their entry parking ticket validated at the Front Desk for in/out and final exit. Vehicles requiring more than one parking space (i.e., RVs, buses, and trailers) are not permitted on the property.
Please note: the Hyatt Regency O’Hare Chicago does not own the parking garage on the right (south) side of Bryn Mawr Ave and therefore cannot validate parking charges if your vehicle is not parked in the correct garage.
LOCAL TRANSPORTATION
CTA Blue Line Train – Access the CTA L Train at the Rosemont station less than a mile from the hotel for easy access to downtown Chicago. Take the hotel’s complimentary shuttle to the Rosemont L Train station by request. Click here for more information.

OFF SITE PARKING
The Rosemont Convention Center Parking is located directly across from the entrance to the Hotel’s parking on Bryn Mawr Ave. After turning onto Bryn Mawr Ave from River Road, head east until you reach the dead-end. On your RIGHT (south), you will see the parking entrance. Pull a ticket and enter the parking garage. There is a covered walkway in the parking garage which will lead you directly to the hotel lobby. Parking at the Rosemont Convention Center is $15.00.
The Williams Street Garage is approximately 3 blocks from the hotel. From the Hotel’s main entrance, drive west to River Road. Turn left (south) onto River Road. Turn right (west) onto Williams Street. The entrance to the parking garage will be directly in front of you. Parking is $15 per 24 hour period. Handicap parking is located on the ground floor of the parking garage. Valet is available for $10 on the ground floor of the parking garage, in front of Fogo de Chao. The parking garage is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Parking garage height is six feet, ten inches.
