1. Show Registration Desk: After checking into the hotel, please collect your show passes or purchase additional tickets from the show registration desk. Passes are required to enter all CPCC events including the smoking tent. Please provide your first and last name when picking up your pass.

3. Each pass comes with six drinks tickets, totaling to $24 worth of drink tickets. These tickets can be used at pop-up bars set up for the Chicago Pipe Show. The bar will be located close to the exit doors leading to the smoking tent.
1 ticket = 1 soda or water
2 tickets = 1 draft beer
3 tickets = cocktail or wine
Note: You can also combine tickets with cash to buy a beer or cocktail. Also, the hotel is now cashless, so any purchases will require a credit or debit card.
4. For attendees who are not staying overnight at the hotel, visit the show registration desk to get your parking discounted to $20. Guests staying overnight at the hotel get in and out privileges, day visitors do not get in and out privileges.
5. Show Floor Map: Vendor names and table numbers can be found here and a map is located here. Please note that the map is subject to change.
6. Carts: Due to union rules, carts are not available by themselves. Bellhops are available to help load/unload items. We highly recommend that you bring your own carts.

8. RV/Bus/Trailer Parking: Vehicles requiring more than one parking space (i.e RVs, buses and trailers) are not permitted to park in the hotel parking lot. Please reach out to the show director to request parking in lot Z. Limited spots available.
9. Show Policies: Please review the show policies which include guidance on alcohol consumption in the smoking tent and the code of conduct.
10. Silent Auction Donation: Your donations to the silent auction help support the pipe show and play an important role in funding next year’s show. We greatly appreciate your generosity and support. Your silent auction donations can be handed over by the registration desk or silent auction area.
11. Room Hopping: Room Hopping is back at the Hyatt. Once you register for your room, leave the information on the room hopping easel found in the registration desk in the lobby or the smoking tent.
12. Wifi: Wireless Internet is complimentary in your guest room and public spaces. Connect to @Hyatt_Wifi and follow prompts to access the internet.
