| Shows coming up: Columbus in August and Richmond in October. Check with NASPC and CORPS for details. |

| A brief Show report was provided in Frank's absence. He indicated that over 200 tables have already been reserved. Last year's exhibitors have until the end of August to be guaranteed an exhibit table. September 1, the tables open to new and former exhibitors. The 2009 Show is scheduled for the first week in May. |

| Due to the apparent success of the smoking tent erected at this year's Show, the Show committee plans a 6000 square foot tent for next year with an expanded lounge area. |

| Pheasant Run has an internet registration for our show. Here is what you do to book a guest room for our 2009 Show: Go to www.pheasantrun.com, then click on the reservation tab on the top, then enter the 2009 dates and enter GRPPIP in the rate code box. This will open our special Chicago Pipe Show Group Rate and proceed to make your reservations. |
